2Spring onion finely chopped (green part is saved for garnish)

Instructions for Mexican omelet

To prepare the Mexican omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute the garlic and chili 30 sec. Add the white of the spring onions and tomatoes and FRY 2-3 minutes. Tag vegetable mixture up and style to the page.
