Instructions for Melt in your mouth kate
To prepare the Melt in your mouth kate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 °. Whip egg whites stiff and whip one quarter of the sugar. In another bowl, mix butter, salt, vanilla and remaining sugar gradually. Add egg yolks and whip until it is creamy.
Mix the flour with baking soda and add it to the creamy cream alternately with the milk. Turn the egg whites in.
Mix the blue berries with the flour so it covers them and fold the berries into the dough. Come in a baking form. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over and back for approx. 50 min.
tips:
First, place the berries in the dough just before the cake is in the oven. Otherwise, the bearings fall to the bottom and lie in one layer, rather than mixed into the cake.
