Instructions for Melon marmalade I
To prepare the Melon marmalade I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The melon is halved and the cores are scratched out. The peel is cut off and the fruit cut is cut into small terns. The liquid that flows from the melon pieces comes in a saucepan (there is not about 1½ dl. Replaced with orange juice). The wheat is heated and sugar and lemon juice are added. The hot layer poured over the melon pieces and lasts a couple of hours.
Then the liquid is poured and it is boiled after which ginger and preservative are added.
The melon marmalade can be supplemented with other fruits, for example. 500 g. Grained grapes.
