Ingredients for Meatballs in the wok

10 | g | Fresh ginger |
1-2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | dl | Beef broth |
2 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
250 | g | Minced beef |
3 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
Instructions for Meatballs in the wok
To prepare the Meatballs in the wok recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the meat with 1/4 teaspoon salt and add grated onion, crushed garlic, rasp and egg. Season with salt and pepper and form the dad for small buns.
Brush them twice in a warm wok with oil. Add finely chopped ginger and chili. Sprinkle with broth and soy and simmer until the meatballs are warmed.
Smooth the corn starch straight into a little cold water and taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with boiled rice and vegetables, eg sugar herbs.
