Ingredients for Meat pie with cheese

1.5dlMilk
150gWheat flour
150gGrated cheese
2Eggs
2tspGarlic
2tbspCold water
2tspOregano
2Peppers (one red and one green)
300gMinced beef
75gCold butter

Instructions for Meat pie with cheese

To prepare the Meat pie with cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Bring flour and salt into a bowl.
Cut the butter into smaller pieces and chop it into the flour with a knife until the mixture resembles the fried cheese.
(Use your hands as little as possible - the dough must not get warm.)
Add eggs and water and collect the dough into a sphere.
Place it in the refrigerator for ½-1 hour.
Roll the dough out to about ½ cm thick and cover a 24 cm pie shape with it.
Peel the bottom with a fork and preheat it at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10 minutes on the middle groove in the oven.

Fill: Season the meat in oil and pour garlic over it.
Cut the peppers into small tern and add them to the meat together with the other spices and buillion water.
Boil until the water is evaporated.
Pour the meat filling into the baked pie.
Whip egg and milk with an old and pour it over the meat filling.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Put the pie back in the oven and leave it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
