Ingredients for Massamanbøf

3 | tbsp | Curry paste |
3 | Red chili pepper | |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
4 | dl | Coconut milk, great canned |
500 | g | Beef chunk |
60 | g | Peanuts unsalted |
8 | clove | Garlic |
Instructions for Massamanbøf
To prepare the Massamanbøf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat in 2 1/2 cm. dice. Mix the meat with coconut milk in a medium-sized pan and simmer softly for 45 minutes.
Put the peanuts golden brown on a dry forehead, take them off the forehead.
Løgblanding:
Chop chopped onions, garlic and chilli in the oil. Bring onion, garlic and chilli in a blender and drive it to a smooth pulp.
Mix the rest of the coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, onion mixture and the fried peanuts in the meat pot. Bring everything to boil and cook for 5 min.
