Instructions for Mashed potatoes
To prepare the Mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces. Rinse them in cold water. Boil them in a saucepan with so much water that it covers. (About 20 minutes)
Pour all the water from, steam them and purge them. Put the puree over with low heat. Stir the butter and finally whip the warm milk until the mash has the desired consistency.
Serve with salt and server immediately.
