25 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Indkogt marinade |
3 | Shallots | |
300 | g | Chopped onion |
3500 | g | Wild boar leg with leg |
7.5 | dl | Red wine |
7.5 | dl | Pork broth |
70 | g | Concentrated tomato puree |
Instructions for Marinated wild boar Mallet
To prepare the Marinated wild boar Mallet recipe, please follow these instructions:
RIDs the flesh into cubes, and put it in a deep dish.
Mix marinade together of those ingredients and pour it over. Mariner Club 1 ½-2 days and turn it on and off.
Take it out of the marinade, and Pat it dry with kitchen roll paper. Place it in the roasting pan. Rub it with coarse salt, and Brown it at 250 degrees c. alm. oven in 15-20 minutes.
Pour the marinade, and reduce heat to 150 degrees c. alm. oven. Let club roast in 3-3 ½ hours.
Sauce: approx. ½ hour before the roast is done, pour the cloud from and skimmed of fat. Boil it until it is about 3 dl back.
Fry the chopped onion in the butter. Sprinkle flour and garlic. "baby with broth and tomato paste, and let the sauce Cook for approx. ½ litre back.
Sieve the sauce, and mix it with the siede marinade. Let the sauce Cook on a low heat, for it to be served. Baby possibly. with a little water.
Let a club resting 15-20 minutes before the cut.
