Ingredients for Marinated tiger prawns on the salad bar

Fresh ginger (to taste) | ||
Iceberg | ||
Ruccola | ||
1.5 | dl | Sweet white wine |
1-2 | Fresh chili | |
1-2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | dl | Canola oil |
300 | g | Tiger shrimp (preferably fresh from the fishmonger) |
Instructions for Marinated tiger prawns on the salad bar
To prepare the Marinated tiger prawns on the salad bar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a marinade of oil, grated ginger, chopped chilli and crushed garlic. Put the tiger rays in here. Let it take a couple of hours.
Heat a pan, but hold it on low heat. (About the middle of what you can see)
Step the prawns. Remember to touch them so that they do not burn anywhere. Turn on the heat. When the heat is up, add white wine and let it boil. Take it off the heat.
When the prawns are chilled, put on the salad bowl of ruccola and cut iceberg salad and serve with bread for :)
Decorate with fresh dill and a slice of lemon.
