600 | g | Lumpfish fillet |
Instructions for Marinated stone bider fillet with herb mix (Kvabso)
To prepare the Marinated stone bider fillet with herb mix (Kvabso) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove the barriers on the fillets, or ask the fishmonger to do so. Cut the fillets into pieces of approx. 5 cm, and put the fish pieces in a bowl. Overlay the fish with soy sauce and white wine and let the fish pull in the marinade for approx. 15 minutes.
Then take the fish pieces up.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the dill quails well. Cut the pears into pieces of approx. 5 cm, cut the carrots into coarse spells. Steam the vegetables in the marinade from the fish in a thick pot for 5-8 minutes. Add the chopped dill.
Stir corn starch and A38 together for a smoothing, and pour the smoothing into the herb mixture. Boil the herbal mixture until the greens are tender.
Mix flour, curry, peppers, salt and pepper and turn the fish into the mixture. Step the fish pieces in butter on a pan for approx. 10 minutes on each side.
Serve the marinated stone pieces with herb mix and rice.
