Instructions for Marinated ham mignon, w / glazed mushroom
To prepare the Marinated ham mignon, w / glazed mushroom recipe, please follow these instructions:
The marinade is whipped together and the mignon is laid in the marinade for about 4 hours, reversed by about 1 hour. Stir for 45-60 minutes in a 180 gr oven.
The potatoes are peeled and cut into tern, the garlic peeled, boiled so they are very tender. Pour into a sieve and stir well in a stirrer where salt, butter and egg are added.
Mashed up in a spray bag and sprinkle as coconut soup on a baking sheet with baking paper and baked in the oven at 200 gr.i 15 min. Add the stew from the mignonettes 1/4 l of cream and boil for 20 min. Then add maizena to the desired consistency. The mushrooms are glazed in a sugar butter and then placed on a plate and decorated with grapes and sugar peas.
The pears are cleaned and cut out for 2 cm and the bacon wrap over, placed on top of an ovenproof dish, a little oil poured over them, placed in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 gr.
