To prepare the Marinated chicken fillet (or turkey) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The ingredients for marinade are whipped together. The meat is lightly tapped with a fork and stands in the marinade for at least an hour.
Pour 2 tbsp. Of marinade on a hot forehead, brown meat until pores are closed. The meat is taken up.
Turn the finely sliced vegetables on the forehead and pour the rest of the marinade over, boil. The meat is placed on top and the dish is cooked to low heat for about 25 minutes.
Can be cooked in wok, but then the meat must be cut into strips.
Served with noodles or rice.
