Indkogt boiling brine from lårtungen | ||

2 | Large bunch Basil | |
3 | dl | White wine |
800 | g | Beef eye of round |
Instructions for Marinated armpit tails
To prepare the Marinated armpit tails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the tuna tin in a pan of oil until it is nice golden and then pour the white wine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and allow the meat to simmer under the lid for approx. 35 min while turning diligently. If the wine is evaporating, pour some water on it. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the meat lie and pull in the liquid until it is cold. Flip it once.
After that the meat is taken up and the boil is boiled for approx. 1/2 dl and then cooled down.
The Mayonnaise is stirred with very finely chopped basil, chopped garlic and the inoculated, cold coward. The marinade is cooked with mustard, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
The cold thigh tear is cut into very thin slices and lubricated with marinade. Appointed on dish and served with a hot tomato lasagne.
