Instructions for Mango soup
To prepare the Mango soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat of mangoerne. Take the grains out of vanillestangen. Take kærnerne out of the chili. Take the shell of limes and pre the juice. Blend mangokød, chili, vanilla, lime zest and cider together. Term through a fine sieve. Season to taste with lime juice. Server this soup ice cold on top of the cream with glastuillen and sprinkle with vanilla granules.
Tips:
Vanilla granules: Dry the emptied vanilla rods and pulp them perfectly fine.
