1 | dl | Dry white wine |
1.5 | dl | Milk |
2 | Gelatin leaves | |
200 | g | Mango Puree |
3 | dl | Syrup |
30 | g | Cake powder |
Instructions for Mango cream
To prepare the Mango cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
30 grams cake powder touched with 1.5 dl. milk and 200 g mango puree. Finally, stir in the cream, melted isinglass soaked 2 leaves.
Mango pure: Blend mango fruit with sugar sirup, term and to taste with white wine and lemon juice if necessary. Puree poured on ice cold plates, before nut basket and ice are met.
