Instructions for Madagascar sauce
To prepare the Madagascar sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Onion, garlic and red pepper are sliced / chopped and sautéed with Madagascar pepper until the bulbs are ready (they must not be brown). Then add whiskey and the small mash until the whiskey is completely absorbed. Add fund and reduce to 1/4. Give it a turn with a spellblender and then add whipped cream and cook to the appropriate consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
