Instructions for Müsli Bars
To prepare the Müsli Bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
I just shred the grits and hazelnuts in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes about. Then I peeled the hazelnuts off the brown thin skin. The nuts were chopped and all the dry ingredients (ie all except honey) are placed in a bowl and stirred around. The honey I used was stuck so I melted in a water bath and poured the liquid honey over the dry ingredients and mixed it around. Then I poured it into a mold and pressed it hard down into the mold by using the baking paper and the hand. Then it got 8-9 minutes at 200 degrees / hot air. Cool off for 15-20 minutes and remove from the mold and cut into suitable pieces. They can be pretty good for a week's time in the cooler I think
tips:
BUT next time I will use twice as much ginger and twice as much spice. It is a little too vague in the taste. And maybe I will come a little torn orange peel next time. The recipe may seem a bit ludicrous and not very big ... But when I'm unsure of the result, as it is on gefühl all, I'd rather do a little less the first time ... But it can be changed, moderated, Doubled, halved or ignored as needed :-)
