Instructions for Mørbrad and ferjepid
To prepare the Mørbrad and ferjepid recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pile and crush the garlic and mix it with the other ingredients for marinade. Remove the barriers from the darkness, cut it into pieces 4 x 4 cm and put them in the marinade. Mix and leave it cold for 2-3 hours.
Cut the peppers into large cubes and dip the prawns free of moisture - they should not be peeled. Take the meat off the marinade and season with shrimps, peppers and bay leaves. Place on the grill for 10-12 minutes, turn regularly and brush with marinade during frying.
