1-2tbspHoney
2cloveGarlic
2tbspWhite wine vinegar
2tbspGrated garlic
3tspFresh thyme (or 2 teaspoons dried)
500gTrimmed pork tenderloin

To prepare the Mörbrad with orange juice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Polish the black bread. Mix the crushed garlic, orange peel, thyme and pepper into a bowl. Rub the tenderloin with the mixture and place it in a bowl. Mix the orange juice and vinegar and pour it over the meat. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn the meat 2-3 times.

Set the oven to 200 degrees. Heat the oil on a frying pan. Take the meat and put the marinade aside. Brown the brown bread on the forehead. Lightly sprinkle with salt. Place the meat in an ovenproof dish and brush with honey. Step in the oven for 25 min.
