1 | dl | Sugar (90 g) |
1.5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
2 | Apples | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Muesli (preferably with nuts and dried fruit) |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Soft butter |
Instructions for Lynboller with Apple and muesli
To prepare the Lynboller with Apple and muesli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar are beaten together. Eggs and sour cream whipped in. Apples rives directly into the rough dough. Muesli, wheat flour and baking powder, mix in a bowl and invert the dough. The dough is soggy and must therefore be taken up with two spoons and place on a baking sheet with wax paper. Pearl sugar is sprinkled over the dough balls and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees. Allow to cool on a rack.
