150gFrozen berries
2dlMilk
3Bananas
5dl0.1% cheasy yoghurt with oatmeal

To prepare the Low-Fat Smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start to concentrates of berries and milk. Put then yoghurt and banana in (can also be done the other way around). There are no more chunks to blend in, and server in relatively large glass.

Tips:
Instead of using oatmeal yoghurt, you can leave. also use the neutral. Show you use frosno strawberries, you should probably let them thaw a bit. Most blenders can't stick to it (it goes if you use stick-blender). Garnish: place a strawberry, and a piece of banana on top of a spear, and set it down in the jar, and put a piece of perbermynte upstairs. Smoothies drunk also somregel best with straws, as it provides the most evil mustache if not making! :D
