3 | dl | Skimming milk |
300 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Low fat sausage horn
To prepare the Low fat sausage horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the milk in a saucepan. Pour it into a bowl and stir the yeast out. Add the remaining ingredients (hold a little wheat flour back). Beat the dough well together. Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 1 hour.
Take the dough out on a crispy plate and knead it well. Add if necessary. The rest of the flour. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll them out with a cake roll to make them completely flat.
Cut the 8 sausages in the middle, so you have 16 small sausages, then put the sausages on the dough pieces and roll them together to the horns.
Let them adhere to a plate of baking paper for approx. 15 minutes.
Brush the horns with water and sprinkle with sift flour. Behind the horns in the middle of the oven.
Bake approx. 12 minutes at 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
