100 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 10% |
200 | g | Carrots |
340 | g | Corn. cores. canning |
400 | g | Onion |
5 | dl | White milk sauce 4% |
500 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
9 | Lasagne sheets |
Instructions for Low fat lasagna
To prepare the Low fat lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the meat without fat, in thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the onion and simmer the onions are clear. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Put corn, carrots and hk. tomatoes in. Simmer for a good half an hour on a low heat. Pipe if necessary. Once in a while.
