Instructions for Low fat carrot cake 04
To prepare the Low fat carrot cake 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip sugar, egg and egg white together.
Stir fromage frais i.
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, soda, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and stir in the dough. Use if necessary. A sieve.
Turn carrots, walnuts and raisins into the dough.
Pour the dough into a refractory dish with baking paper and advantage the apple boats upstairs. Bake it in the middle of the oven for approx. 45 min. At 175 degrees.
The cake can be eaten or frozen after cooling, or you can mix cream cheese, flour and vanilla sugar to an icing poured over the cake.
tips:
The cake is only low fat if you leave the glaze. The cake can not be frozen with icing.
