To prepare the Lone Landman's soft chocolate muffin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 190 °.
Dress a sleeves with large paper sizes - 1 dl for American muffins.
Whip butter and sugar until it is soft and airy.
Whip egg in the mixture, one at a time, add cream and cream.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking soda and chocolate and turn it all into the dough, but stir only for a very short time to make the dough even. If you touch too much, your muffins will be cool.
Distribute the dough into the molds (about ½ dl in each). Bake the muffins for 20-22 min. - Carefully insert a thin knife into a single cake and remove the mold from the oven as soon as the knife returns without dough. Oven heats very differently, and therefore the baking time may vary.
Let the cakes cool a little and shake them on a grate once they have sat down and get a little tight.
