To prepare the Liqueur De Framboise recipe, please follow these instructions:
This recipe works with most berries, such as blackcurrant, blackberries, etc. Finished after 3 months. Clean and check wear. All that is over-ripe or moldy are thrown out. Place the berries in a large bowl. Crush the berries easily. Set them aside. Warm 4 cups water with sugar in a medium frying pan over moderate heat. Stir continuously until it is well dissolved and moderately warm. Add the sugar water and berries, stir. Cover with plastic (close) and set in the refrigerator for a week. Stir periodically. When the time is up, filtered it roughly into a large container or the like. Add the alcohol mixture, stir. Put the lid on and leave it for a month. Filter through a cloth. Pour in the bottle. Can now be used for cooking but should be another 2 months if it is to be drunk.
