Chicken & fish matching this marinade is best. All ingredients are mixed and fish or chicken is covered well by the marinade. Pulls in 10-20 minutes at room temperature or up to 12 hours, covered, in the refrigerator. Use the evt. leftover marinade for brushing under grill'ningen. By adding the chopped Cilantro, marinade is ideally suited for a thick Tuna steak, salmon, halibut or cod or chicken pieces without bones & skins.
