Ingredients for Lemonade II

Melted butter for brushing
1tspLemon juice
1/2tspCoarse salt
150gSoft butter
3/4tspLemon pepper
4tspFreshly chopped lemon balm
800gSalmon fillet with skin

Instructions for Lemonade II

To prepare the Lemonade II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the salmon fillet for approx. 4 cm wide pieces (about 100 g per piece). Cut each piece through the middle without cutting through the skin. Bend the 2 thin slices to each side, held together by the skin in the middle. Place the salmon slices on a greased pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle lemon peel and salt over. Step the salmon for 10 min. At 200 degrees C.

Butter:
Stir the butter with the rest of the ingredients and leave it cold for at least two hours

Accessories:
Asparagus potatoes and sugar herbs.
