Ingredients for Lemon fromage 05
Whipped cream and fintsktrimlet lemon peel | ||
Grated must of 0.5 lemon | ||
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
Thin strips of must from 0.5 lemon for garnish | ||

Instructions for Lemon fromage 05
To prepare the Lemon fromage 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put husblasen to soak in cold water for about 10 mins.
Share the eggs in the yolk and white, save whites. Beat the egg yolks and sugar white and fluffy. Mix lemon juice and grated lemon rind into egg mixture.
Pressure husblasen free from water and melt it over a water bath for low heat. Pour the melted gelatin into egg mixture while stirring. Whip the cream and stir into the egg mixture also.
Beat the egg whites very stiff and turn them into the mix. Pour fromagen up into four bowls and style them in the refrigerator to harden.
Slice the lemon rind into thin strips. Garnish with whipped cream and fromagen strips of lemon rind.
Drinks: Sweet dessert wine.
Tips: change the lemon out with juices and shall from 1 orange. Optionally, to taste with a little liqueur.
