Instructions for Leaderterte with green cases
To prepare the Leaderterte with green cases recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the fat into the flour. Add salt. Stir the dough with water and set it cold for 1 hour.
Clean the vegetables, cut broccoli into small bouquets, mushrooms in slices, onions in cubes.
Roll out the dough and coat a greased pie with it. Knock the bottom here and here with a fork and prep the dough for 10 min.
Cut the liver into thin strips and sauté them on a pan until they change color. Lay them aside. Saute then mushrooms and onion. Stir the broccoli bouquets about 2 minutes. In leavened water and let them drip off.
