To prepare the Latvian Daily Lives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Irør milk with sugar, salt, cardamom, egg and enough flour (about 2 cups) to a light dough (pandekagetyk dej). Beat until dough is smooth and elastic.
