Ingredients for Lasagna (good)

Lasagne sheets
Pepper

150gConcentrated tomato puree
2dlRed or white wine (or broth)
2Large chopped onions

Instructions for Lasagna (good)

To prepare the Lasagna (good) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meat sauce: Swing the bacon cubes golden. Pick them up and chop the chopped onions into the fat. Cut the celery and carrots in small tern - add the onions. Switch until they are golden. Add garlic and meat and stir until the meat has split. Add wine and let half of the wine boil away. The other ingredients are added and the whole is boiled approx. 15 minutes under low. Add the bacon rings.

Bechamelsauce: Make a baked sauce of flour, butter and milk and season with salt and pepper.

Grease an ovenproof dish with oil. Pour a thin layer of meat sauce and bechamelsauce over the bottom. Put a layer of lasagne plates, then a layer of meat sauce and bechamel sauce. Continue until the dish is filled. Finish with bechamel sauce and grated parmesan cheese.

Allow the court to withdraw for at least ½ hour. Bake at 175 gr. 1 hour.

If the lasagna is to be frozen, it is best to wait to bake it until you need it.
