Ingredients for Langefillet with bacon-and løgkompot

1 | tbsp | Butter |
1 | tsp | Thyme, dried |
150 | g | Bacon, diced |
2.5 | dl | Apple juice. meat |
3 | Red onion | |
500 | g | Ribbon pasta, fresh |
800 | g | Long fillet without skin |
Instructions for Langefillet with bacon-and løgkompot
To prepare the Langefillet with bacon-and løgkompot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roast bacon, and apologise for crisp by good heat for approx. 5 minutes.
Cut the rødløgene in both, add them along with the thyme and let Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the Apple juice (or Apple juice) and let kompotten Cook for about 8 minutes.
Fry the fish in butter and oil 3-4 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper during cooking.
Serve with fresh pasta and bread.
