Instructions for Lammepilaff (Roaster)
To prepare the Lammepilaff (Roaster) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the lamb meat into small cubes and put them in the gennemfugtede roaster. Chop the onions and sauté them in coarse oil in a frying pan until golden. Pour them over the meat. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Pour the liquid from if it is canned tomatoes. Mix the rice in and pour the water, which is mixed with salt, pepper and garlic in pressure. Cook pilaffen under lug in approx. 1 ½ hour at 200 degrees.
