12 | dl | Chicken broth |

250 | g | Mushroom |
300 | g | Chicken fillet |
4 | Lemon grass | |
4 | Red thai chili | |
4 | Tomato | |
6 | Kaffir lime leaves |
Instructions for Kyllingssuppe (Tom Yam Gai)
To prepare the Kyllingssuppe (Tom Yam Gai) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Hugs and cut in thin slices galangal. Lemongrass crushed and cut into approx. 5 cm pieces. Halve chili lengthwise in a diagonally cut. Chicken cut into small thin pieces. Mushroom is split into 4 pieces. Tomato and onion cut into ca. 2 x 2 cm pieces.
Broth, galanga, Lemongrass, kaffirlimeblade and chili cooked in 5 min. Then met chicken, onion, salt, sugar and fish sauce in. Simmer for about 20 mins.
Add the mushrooms, tomato, chili paste and juice from a lime, the Court let simmer for another 3 minutes.
Accessories: jasmine rice
Tips:
Galangal, lemon grass, kaffirlimeblade, chili is eaten is not, however, can be eaten if it is completely fresh galanga. The Chili's can of course also be eaten if you like it strong.
