Ingredients for Kryderkage
1 | tbsp | Cinnamon |
1 | bottle | Dark hvidtøl |
1 | tsp | Nutmeg |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Ginger |
2 | tsp | Carnations |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Powder sugar |
Instructions for Kryderkage
To prepare the Kryderkage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven and set it at 170 degrees c. alm. oven. Brush the mold with melted butter, and sprinkle it with flour or bread crumbs.
Mix the flour with the leavening and spices. Stir in beer and whisk it into a klumpfri lot (easiest with an electric hand whips). Finally add powder sugar.
The batter is poured out in a baking pan, and bake 50-60 minutes to it has been baked.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool 5 minutes in the form, at which point the cake be turned out to cool on a wire rack.
By serving: the cake cut into slices and lightly grease with butter.
A very simple cake to bake, and extremely tasty.
