125 | g | Dark brown sugar |
125 | g | Butter |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | tbsp | Light syrup |
Instructions for Krokaner
To prepare the Krokaner recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and syrup stirred together, kneaded and rolled out in 2 rods with a diameter of 3 cm. They are packed in tinfoil and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
With a sharp knife cut each rod for 15 slices, placed with good distance on a baking sheet with wax paper. They will run out to approximately 8 cm in diameter. Be made in the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes. They must stand at the plate, they're half cold, as they are very brittle and easy to break.
By serving the 2 and 2 together with whipped cream spiked with vanilla
