225 | g | Butter |

300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Kourabides (almonds with almonds)
To prepare the Kourabides (almonds with almonds) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soften the butter and stir the flour in, then the egg yolk, add the chopped almonds. Peel the dough together and make walnut-sized balls and put them on the baking sheet. Insert any. A whole carnation at the top of each cake. Bake approx. 20 min at 175 degrees.
Put a thin layer of flour on the cakes immediately and again when they have cooled.
The portion gives approx. 40 pcs. Which can be stored in a can of tightly closed lid. The cookies must be light brown and quite hard.
