Ingredients for Kofta Frikadeller with bacon
Small bunch fresh coriander | ||
Small bunch fresh parsley | ||

1 | pkg | Bacon |
1 | Fresh chili | |
1 | Small red onion | |
1-2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | dl | Oatmeal |
500 | g | HK. beef or lamb |
Instructions for Kofta Frikadeller with bacon
To prepare the Kofta Frikadeller with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop both kinds of onions, chili and all the green ones.
Put it in a bowl where the meat, the egg, the oatmeal and the last spices are added.
Mix it together to a father. Use if necessary. A hand mixer.
Form oval or elongated meatballs approx. 13-15 pcs.
Cut the bacon over the middle and fold half pieces around each fry pie.
Step them on medium heat for approx. 2-3 min. On all four sides.
And voila!

Can also be eaten without bacon. Supplemented by eg. Couscous salad, humus and naan bread.
