Instructions for Kiwi Fromage
To prepare the Kiwi Fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block in soft in cold water for at least 5 minutes. Peel and mash the kiwifruit with a fork or finely chop them on a blender. You can also halve the fruits and scrape the fruit meat with a teaspoon. Sprinkle the eggs and whip the egg yolks white and airy with the sugar. Take the soaked husblas from the water and melt it in apple cheese or lemon juice. Only takes a moment. Mix the kiwi fruit and the house blossom in the egg mixture. Stir well. Whip cream and egg whites separately. Gently stir the cream and then the egg white foam in the mixture. Pour the dough into a bowl when it can "carry" itself, ie Just before it has become quite rigid. Put it in the fridge. Decorate with kiwi and optionally with mandarin fillets.
