Instructions for Kiksekage 06
To prepare the Kiksekage 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and take the saucepan of the heat. Divide the chocolate into smaller pieces and put them in the butter. Stir around until the chocolate is melted. Stir flour and egg yolks in the warm chocolate mixture. Cover an elongate, narrow shape (about 1½ liter) with plastic film. Grease a thin layer of chocolate mixture at the bottom of the mold. Put on a layer of biscuits - add a total of 4 layers of biscuits. Finish with a layer of chocolate. Place the biscuit cake covered in the fridge for the next day.
Tip: The biscuit cake is easy to crumble, especially when it is ice cold. It is easier to cut nice slices if the cake is on the kitchen table approx. ½ hour before serving.
