Instructions for Kejserinderis
To prepare the Kejserinderis recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is boiled up with vanilla sugar, add the rice and it must be cooked in about 30 mins., cook it URf.eks. the day before.
Soak 2 including gélantine in water, twisting/pressure so much water as possible and melt them in raspberry juice, fill it in a rim shape and got it in the fridge so it stiffens.
Sugar and water boil up into a syrup
Egg yolk and vanilla sugar mix and whipped at the highest speed, add the boiling syrup in a thin beam, whip until it is cold.
Soak 5, among other things, gélantine in water, twisting/pressure as much water as possible and melt them.
The cold rismasse added fintskårene, candied fruits, there evt.er macerated in liqueur.
Rismassen mixed gently with the lightly whipped cream and egg mixture, finally invert the melted gélantine in.
The mass in rim shape with hindbærgéleen, and put in the fridge until it is stiff, approximately 3 hours.
P. the evt. with whipped cream and candied fruits, and served possibly. with apricot sauce.
