300 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
50 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |
Instructions for Kartoffelfad with minced beef
To prepare the Kartoffelfad with minced beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the meat in a saucepan. Add the chopped onions and grated carrot. Spice it up with salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Advantage the potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Then pour over the meat.
Stir in corn flour along with a dl milk in a saucepan. Add the rest of the milk and warm the sauce through. Add the cheese and let it melt into the sauce. season with salt and pepper.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes od flesh. Stir gently around, then potatoes, meat and cheese sauce mix.
Style dish in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 50 min.
Serve with bread and possibly. Green Salad
