1500gWhite cabbage
20gMargarine
300gCarrots
500gPotatoes
500gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

Instructions for Karrykål III

To prepare the Karrykål III recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the cabbage into thin slices. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Do the same thing with the potatoes.

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the curry powder, let it shower up and Brown forcemeat/flesh therein. Put the cabbage in a bit of a time fintsnittede then add carrots and potatoes, and possibly. a little splash of water to get it all started. Let it stand and småsimre in an hour. season with salt, pepper and, if desired. more Curry, depending on your temperament.

Serve with wholemeal rye bread, mustard and red beets.
