1Canned pineapple into cubes (approx. 80 g)
1-2tbspMaizenamel
25gMargarine or butter
3Carrots
3tbspChinese soy sauce
3-4Onion
4largePork chops
4-5Stalks of celery

Instructions for Kantonkoteletter

To prepare the Kantonkoteletter recipe, please follow these instructions:

The onions are peeled and chopped. The carrots are peeled and cut into slices. The sheet celery is rinsed and cut into small pieces.

The chops are seasoned with salt and pepper, browned on both sides of the fat in a deep forehead and taken up.
Onions, carrots and celery are switched on the forehead. Mix the pineapple juice with water until it becomes 3 dl and add with sherry, pineapple pieces, thyme, ginger and chinese soy.
