Kalkunschnitzles are roasted in the butter for 2-4 minutes on each side and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Take off the forehead and keep warm.
Bring broth in a boil. Orange juice and peel added. The corn starch is stirred into the water and stirred. The sauce is boiled and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice, steamed sugar peas and mixed salad.
