To prepare the Kalkunschnitzler with mustard sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Kalkunschnitzlerne is thinned between two pieces of household film. Each schnitzel is lubricated with a thin layer of mustard and sprinkled with chopped garlic and pepper.

The Schnitzler rolls together and closes with a toothpick or cotton string.

The rolls are rubbed in oil on the forehead. The water is poured and the rollers slap about 10 minutes. The rolls are taken up and kept warm.

The rest of the water, mustard, cream and marijuana are on the forehead and the sauce cooks 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

The rolls are cut into slices and the sauce poured over.
