300 | g | Mushrooms |
4 | tbsp | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |
50 | g | Onion |
500 | g | Jerusalem artichokes |
Instructions for Jordkokgratin with mushrooms
To prepare the Jordkokgratin with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:
The earthquakes are peeled, halved if they are very large, boils tender in salt water for approx. 10 minutes and drip off in a sieve. Put in a greased ovenproof dish.
The sponges are chopped roughly and steamed for a few minutes with finely chopped onions, seasoned, the flour is sprinkled over and water, calf and whipped cream are added and the whole boils well for low heat approx. 10 minutes.
Distribute over the earthquakes and dry if necessary. Little cheese over.
Gratinate in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10 minutes.
Give any Sliced ham or sausage for or a tomato salad.
