Instructions for Japanese Harusame Soup
To prepare the Japanese Harusame Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the mung beans and cut them into 5 cm long threads. Dip the mushrooms off, store the water they are put in softly and cut the stems off. Bring the broth in a pan, pour the mushroom water. Bring it to boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir the wine in. Spread the soup into 4 heated soup bowls. Decorated with spring onions and finely chopped kinaradis.
