12Tomatoes (or 1 carton passed tomatoes á 500 g)
4Sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions for Italian tomato soup

To prepare the Italian tomato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

You can buy Passaged tomatoes, but it tastes better to make it yourself.

The 12 tomatoes are put in a pan and boiled approx. 1 minute to the skin cracks - pick them up and flap the skin off them. With a metal sieve and a saucepan press the tomatoes into a bowl through the saw.

Chop onion and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Stir the onions soak in the oil with the sugar in a pan for a few minutes while stirring, without the onions getting color.

Add sun-dried tomatoes, passed tomatoes, water, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Stir around and let the soup boil for 10 minutes under the lid.

Serve the soup with a spoonful of cream and decorate it. With a glue disk.

tips:
If you do not feel like filling in your tomato soup, you can boil for 10 minutes after the soup, say the soup.
